All cakes can be made dairy free if required, simply make a note of this on your order enquiry form.

    A classic sponge made using vanilla extract. Light, fluffy and buttery.

    Zingy and fresh, this sponge is made with the zest and juice of real lemons.

  • Almond

    Made using almond extract, this sponge gives you that nostalgic birthday cake vibe.

  • Chai

    A warm chai spice blend of ginger, cinnamon, peppercorns, cardamon and lemongrass. Made using the chocolate sponge base means it’s rich and comforting.
