If you're having the cake the next day then store it in the fridge overnight and bring to room temp before you serve. The buttercream and sponge need to soften to bring out the flavours - eating it straight from the fridge will be nowhere near as tasty.

As much as you'd love to have it on display, it's decorated with buttercream and will fully melt if it's too hot.

Yes, all cakes come on a cake board and in cardboard cake box.

Wedding/tiered cakes will be in a heavy duty box to keep them safe for travel.

Books are open 2-3 months ahead and for wedding cakes it’s 4-5 months. If you need a cake last minute, (less than a week), please add URGENT to your order form.

Please fill in the relevant order form and you will receive a reply via email within 2 working days.

Please note that your date is not secured until payment has been made and dates cannot be held if there is high demand.

Once your order has been finalised you will be sent a secure payment link to pay by bank transfer.

All cakes can be made dairy free using either oat or coconut milk. Dairy free buttercream is made using plant based block butter.

Currently the only gluten free option is the chocolate sponge.

Generally these are purely decorative so please do not eat unless told it's safe to do so.

Collection is from my home address in E10, so please don't share the address.

Please, please respect my time and make sure you stick to the time slot given. If you are delayed for any reason, give me a heads up so I can make sure I'm still available.

If I don't hear from you I can't promise I'll be able to wait around and you will need to arrange an alternative collection time. There will be no refunds in this situation.

Delivery depends on location and what my schedule is like that day. I deliver everything myself as I'm yet to find a reliable and affordable courier.

Please make sure that you are home and contactable at the agreed delivery time. If there is no one available to receive the cake at the delivery address then you will need to arrange collection yourself at an agreed time. No refunds will be given in this situation.

Delivery is free to E10, E11, E15 and E17 postcodes. Other London postcodes will be charged at the price of a taxi and return travel.

Delivery further out will be calculated based on distance and time from my address in E10.

If you need to travel with the cake, keep it as cool as possible and the box flat. If you’re in a car the footwell or the boot is perfect.
